Alison Borrelli was everything I could have hoped for in a Realtor. She helped me organize the arduous tasks involved in preparing to put a house on the market in a number of ways. Having been in the home for 42 years, she was instrumental in helping me determine what to keep, what to sell, what to donate, and what to discard; no easy task! She personally took photographs of the house that very pleasantly surprised me by how inviting it made the house look. Although we were in a sellers' market and I knew I could sell the house without doing anything to it, she made suggestions for several low-cost improvements that I think were essential in getting potential buyers in the front door. The price point she set was spot on and we were able to sell the house within a week of putting it on sale at what I truly believe was the best price we could have asked for.
